Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I decided to go in and speak directly with the manager, Victoria. She informed me that they no longer carry marinara sauce. I requested a refund for the cheddar bites since I should have been informed before ordering that they didn’t have the correct sauce. Her response was that she needed the cheddar bites back to process the refund. I questioned why she needed them back if they were just going to be discarded. She confirmed that they would be thrown away. I explained that I still wanted to eat them, but I would have to go to the store to buy marinara. I hate to see food wasted, as I was raised to value it. Despite this, I insisted she should issue the refund since I wouldn’t have placed the order if I had known marinara wasn’t available. She outright refused to give me a refund. Victoria’s attitude was disappointing and unprofessional.

However, the food itself was not properly cooked. After eating, I returned home and ended up with severe stomach aches, leading to a long time spent in the bathroom with intense diarrhea. This has never happened to me before; I've always enjoyed the food and service at this place. Unfortunately, this visit fell far short of my previous experiences. I really hope they can hire staff who are more dedicated and ensure that the food is cooked properly in the future. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience today.

The food is consistently good, and everything is nicely packaged. However, the wait times are excessively long since the place is always crowded. Perhaps they could benefit from hiring more staff or being better prepared. I would rate the fried pickles a 7/10, while the sweet tea was excellent—I'd give it a 9/10!

Went to drive through for chicken fingers only. Drove away with $10 worth of hard dry and edible chicken fingers and had to turn around I was so mad I went inside to return them. Almost wish I had not seen the inside of that nasty restaurant! Tables dirty napkins and stuff on the floors the manager finally came from behind while chewing something and took my return and gave my money back thank goodness. I used to love Zaxby's so much and I'm so disappointed I won't be going again.

I gave the restaurant a 5 star and returned to give the young, male manager 10 stars for simply being accommodating with my fries tonight. He was very personable and professional. I wish I could have gotten his name. Great gratitude to you young man. I take my fries serious and you came through and even added toast!!!
