Kaua?i Sushi Station - L?hue

I was on a search for uni/sea urchin during our trip to Kauai, and this little sushi truck has been the freshest and tastiest I?ve ever had! The other sushi rolls were amazing as well ? all with the cutest presentation edible flowers. I had to come back a second time for more, and they greeted us with a warm welcome back, which was very sweet! Highly recommend this little truck for sushi. :

Delicious rolls ! We had California, spicy tuna, golden tiger, spicy salmon rolls! The staff is quick to order, answered all questions about the rolls and have a cute seating setup with a nice shaded tarp and benches. We ate on the spot and enjoyed our rolls. Some of our rolls were about $10 some about $20, taste itself was impeccable and well worth our bill.

We didn?t realize this was a food truck but we loved the ambiance!!! The sushi was incredible. Fresh, very generous with the fish, and the presentation was amazing. The Ginger Crazy roll was AMAZING. Wish we would have discovered this place before the last day of our trip.

We were lucky enough to have had this amazing sushi spot recommended to us and it blew us away. We rolled up with 2 minivans full of 12 hungry people and there was plenty of seating and incredible sushi for all of us. The team was so welcoming and happy to have us and so very proud to prepare the freshest most beautiful delicious sushi for us. Every roll/piece was more delicious than the one before. Holy cow! The reviews are in and I'll continue to sing the praises of this fantastic little food cart! Some of the finest sushi ???? I've ever had! So fresh and prepared with genuine aloha. I'm ready to fly back to Kauai just to eat here ????. Whether you live here or are visiting, if you've stumbled on this place, do yourself a favor and enjoy the treat! I managed to eat here twice in my short week stay on the North Shore ????
