Kauaʻi Sushi Station - Lihue

This was sooo good! We came back twice during our week stay on the island. Everything was fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. The ladies working were delightful!

I absolutely loved this sushi food truck! The food was incredibly fresh and delicious, I couldn't believe it came from a food truck. We tried the Seared Organic King Salmon, Spicy Tuna Lover Roll, and Hanalei Rainbow Roll, all of which were amazing. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The seating area consisted of picnic tables located conveniently across from Costco. They stay open late until 8pm, which is great for a food truck. The chef is originally from a well-known restaurant in Chicago, and I'm grateful they brought their talents to Kauai.

Awesome sushi truck! The owners chefs were so friendly and sweet ! It is parked by the Costco gas station and has a super cute sitting area. Both sushi rolls were delicious and you could tell it was fresh fresh fresh. Highly recommend.

I did not believe there could be a 5 star sushi food truck but it's TRUE. Sweet lady at the counter, beautiful tasty food. Nice tables permanent canopies. We had the Red Dragon Ginger Crazy rolls. There are many things we want to come back try. The Takoyaki (Japanese octopus balls) and soft shell crab salad are next. Not a lot of drink choices we didn't care. Water coke. Choose water enjoy the sushi!

Wow! I was slightly skeptical with getting sushi from a food truck but they had wonderful reviews so we had to give it a go. The service was possibly the best customer service I've ever received, the women working was so kind and bright spirited. All of the sushi came out fast, and the fish was so incredibly fresh. Nothing but good vibes, mahalo
