We had a great experience at this pub while on our way to a football match in Preston. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the beer selection was excellent. The prices were very reasonable, with an average cost per person ranging from £10 to £20. The food and service both received a perfect rating of 5.

The absolute best pub quiz I’ve ever been to. It’s so fun and it’s clear that so much effort goes into it!!!! Highly recommend. Such a lovely pub, and really good service but unfortunately the food wasn't up to scratch. Rump steak gristly, some undercooked (although they happily rectified the undercooked pieces and the corner edges of the lasagna were burnt (the size of lasagne was disappointing for the price, just as well we ordered a side portion of chips! . The pub wasn't busy so they weren't under pressure. Just a very disappointing visit overall. Price per person: £20–30
