Starbucks - Lexington

It was a day just like any other. I was outside, having just finished washing my car. When I got a notification from Starbuck's (the app), that they a drink special going on Any Frappe Drink, after 3:30 pm. So I just jumped into my car and drove to my local Starbuck's Store, to get in on this Great Deal. ???? And yes. Just in case your wondering, that coffee mug in the picture is from Starbuck's too. I bought it there before this event happened. And No I Did Not Take it with me to this event!

Really like coming to this Starbucks for my early morning coffee. The line usually moves pretty quickly and my drinks are always made correctly. My first time trying a mobile order, Liliana was very polite and provided excellent customer service!

Hopefully the staff calm down and talk at a normal speed. Obviously they are drinking too many shots. My latte was weak and warm, not hot at all. My daughter's drink was very delicious. A tropical drink. My son's frappe was not mixed well ????

First time ever going to this location and didn?t know where the drive through line started so when I placed my mobile order I just drove up behind the next car in line . When pulling up the speaker I was denied service and was told to go to the back of the line because I cut someone off . When telling them I didn?t know I had done that I was greeted with the most rudest person at the window . I asked to have them cancel my order and it?s now been 3 hours and they have yet to cancel my order. So congratulations Starbucks you got free money today.

This Starbucks location has become a constant disappointment. In the last week I?ve visited three times and they?ve gotten my order wrong four times. I order the exact same thing each time: large iced latte, extra shot, 3 Splenda. Order 1: no extra shot that I paid for; Order 2: gave me a regular hot latte; remade it iced and left out the extra shot that I paid for; and Order 3: left out the 3 Splenda. And this isn?t the first time. Just three weeks ago they have me a drink with the used Splenda packets inside the drink found them at the bottom after finishing. This location does not in any way have it?s act together. Avoid.
