Best McDonald’s experience ever and I work at a McDonald’s! I came around 2:40pm on a Thursday, and the drive thru was very speedy. As well, I ordered a quarter pounder with bacon, and the quarter and bacon were both FRESH. They remembered my sauces as well. Great job guys! :

I have to say that things have seem to have gotten better at these restaurants since the worst of the COVID era has passed. That or the higher pay these employees are getting has seemed to revive the restaurant work force. Much needed and much overdue was that call to action. But worst possible timing for the think tanks to bring that reality into fruition. That said I think it has, at least for the moment, reinvigorated the food chain workforce. I have seen improvements all around Lexington at many of these restaurants. And I have had good experiences at just about every fast food joint around the belt line. I visited two different McDonald's on that night and have to say both did very well. Drive thru speed was good and the politeness from both stores was very good. And that was the night crew. Worth a stop to see for yourself. At Richmond Rd. And plaudit place. Good job to both stores.
