Kfc - Lexington

I pulled up to the drive-thru window and paid. The worker then handed me my change and told me to have a nice day, but forgot to give me my food. I had to remind him before I could drive away.

The restaurant was very clean and the food was delicious and served hot. However, the cashier was not very friendly. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and fries.

We ordered takeout from this restaurant. My son ordered the pot pie combo and he really liked it. My wife ordered the #2 two-piece wing and breast combo, but received a thigh instead of the breast in her meal. She was unhappy about this mistake. Additionally, her meal was missing a biscuit that was supposed to come with it, which also disappointed her.

I knew I should have checked everything???? Ordered the 3 piece original with large Mac and cheese. Had to ask for my Mac and cheese cause they didn't remember it within the time it took me to get to Windows from menu. Thought that was the only problemto expect. Made the mistake of waiting till dinner to eat to find I was missing a piece of my chicken. 3 pieces and they manageto forget over half my order if you count me having to ask for my Mac and cheese. Was between 3pm and 340pm. Of course noreceipt. Sad little 2 pieces of chicken. Wish I checked the bag and asked for a receipt. Thanks for ruining my self treat.. NowI see why it wasn't busy. 13.00 dollars for this? I gave 2 stars cause I got some of my order. Word of advice. CHECK YOUR ORDER

Usually they rude and always smart but the nice pretty lady with the braids was so sweet and appreciative, never got a have a nice day until today!??
