Chick-fil-a - Lexington

I decided to skip the long drive-thru line and go inside, thinking it would be faster. However, I ended up waiting for 30 minutes before leaving. When I walked in, there were no customers dining in, which made me think the service would be quick. As I waited, five other customers came in behind me, and unfortunately, I was the last one to leave. There were three employees working, but they were all focused on the drive-thru, and one person was handling DoorDash orders. There was no one attending to takeout or dine-in customers. They really need to better allocate their staff. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to get a meal, especially when someone behind me placed a $50 order and received their food before I did. When I finally got home, the food was overcooked and burnt.

As for vegetarian options, they do offer salads, but I'm not sure if they have anything else suitable, especially since they serve chicken. For families, some locations have a play area for kids, which my children really enjoy. Parking is very convenient, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible with designated spots and ramps, which I truly appreciate.

The kids came home and quickly devoured their food, just like they always do. My daughter was so happy that she sent me pictures. It feels like we don't go there all the time, though. Food: 5/5

Great location. They entered the wrong sandwich but they made it right and then gave me a milkshake as an apology. Wasn't a big deal really as Chick-fil-A gets it right 99% of the time and their customer service, as we all know, is always top notch. Ate here multiple times during my business trip here. Every other time was perfect, I clouding a $125 order for several people with everything being different.

Picked up a large breakfast order for work. Staff was on time and order was fresh n hot. Price was even better for 3 large trays. I will be ordering again and you should too.Food: 5/5
