Outback Steakhouse - Lewisville

It was so yummy, we've gone 3 times, the first time we ordered steak and dessert, the second time we ordered appetizers and a dish to share, and this last time we ordered appetizers and dessert. We got the Mac and cheese balls, the mushrooms, and the cheesesteak skillet with chips. For dessert we got the chocolate fondue, and ordered strawberry lavender vodka beverages. The waiter was nice, the place was clean, and not too busy.

We had a such a great evening! Parker was a great server who was engaging and fun to chat with. He was quick to bring food, refill our glasses and had great recommendations. He also engaged my kids and asked them about their sports since we were coming from games. We will be back! We highly appreciated his recommendation for the skillet cookie as we wouldn’t have picked it otherwise but it was by far our new favorite….even beating out our love for the Chocolate Thunder!

Valerie was amazing! My husband and I stopped in for dinner tonight and had the best service we’ve had anywhere in years. Valerie was friendly, polite, attentive, and fast. She did a great job keeping us informed of when our meal would arrive, checked on us when needed but was not bothersome, and did it all with a smile on her face. We will be asking for Valerie next time we visit!

I had a wonderful experience with this Outback! Never dissatisfied, I ask for the same server every time. She’s incredible. If she’s not serving I know to take my seat at the bar and she’ll fix me right up with an aussie-awesome drink!! Thank You to the girl Nicole who has kept me happy with Outback here for years. Keep up the incredible work guys.

We had a wonderful meal, great customer service. Our staff member Angie R #670) was outstanding! She was friendly, warm and patient. I also noticed her customer service was consistent with all the tables she was attending. My father had a wonderful birthday experience!
