Bj's Brewhouse - Lewisville

The food looked good but tasted terrible. No flavor. The ranch dressing tasted watered down. We won’t be coming back. Service and atmosphere is good but the food sucks.

Food use to be tastier! Maybe another chef and very pricey!!

Our waitress was perfect. She was sweet and attentive, and patient with our orders. The restaurant is clean and has a mock brewery feel to it. The menu has so many different options and they now have $12 specials all day. I got the parnesan crusted chicken with Cheddar mashed potatoes and broccoli. It includes 2 pieces of chicken and enough of the sides to split in to 2 meals which is good since it's $22 and some change.

My husband and I dined in today 6/19 and although the food was really good, the service by Samuel T was horrible. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, clam chowder bowl, fries and side of garlic vegetables. Not only did two other tables get their meals before we did, apart from my soup, our order of fries and vegetables were forgotten until I had told Samuel. I told him I didn’t want the vegetables anymore and the pizza came out like 15 minutes after my meal so I couldn’t enjoy my food knowing my husband was just waiting. Once the pizza came Samuel said the fries were forgotten and they were just now making new ones, which took long too. Not once were we asked if we wanted other drinks or even refills nor were we checked on all while we saw Samuel checking and even paying out other tables that came after us. Coming in, we were so looking forward to the pizookie but with all this waiting around and not being checked on at all, we decided it wasn’t worth it anymore. We left super disappointed.

Burgers were bland, meatballs on the spaghetti were mushy. At least the wait staff were attentive and kind. Would not recommend.
