Rails - Lewiston

This restaurant is permanently closed. fortunately, I fell by before to check it and could not locate it so that we made a backup rez. a simple Google search revealed that it was well closed. but more openly she has listed and even confirms my reservation and sent me remembrance. I finally got email from open table admitting that it was well closed. please update your customer database.

Uhmmm. they are out of operation Why are they still on open table

Only o.k my salat was tasty, but the others were disappointed in their meal. steak was hard, kartoffels lubricated were not hot and service left much to wish. we were glad to have tried, but don't go back.

We had to visit the Auburn/ Lewiston Maine area for a funeral, so my elderly parents my brother, and I were looking for a nice place to have dinner the evening prior. We booked a table at rails and were pleasantly pleased with our dinner. Three of us had their salmon special and it was a very nice preparation and a generous piece as well. Our waiter was super friendly and attentive, and the overall decor was fun and fresh with a peppering of vintage photos and relics relating to the old railway station of its’ former life. Would definitely go back!

Unfortunately, the delivery of meals ordered at this restaurant takes too long, on average, you wait 45 minutes to an hour for food with larger groups of people. This is the 3rd visit we made to Rails within a month where it took nearly an hour to get our food. The servers are very polite but it is unclear what is happening in the kitchen to delay meal delivery. Ambiance is beautiful.
