Contribuiți la feedbackWe were in three nights in the breath. it is an absolute highlight both culinary and atmospheric. everything is made with love to detail, it is like a trip to another world. the food consisted of a 4-course menu every day, with the main dish you can choose between two variants. incredibly delicious and exquisite. that is the best restaurant with a distance (also compared to non-vegans from earlier times) in which I have ever been.
The chef can handle very well with the most varied vegetables and seasoning, each floor is a dense. wonderful suppers, excellent and not too sweet desserts. also husked fruits and pastures have their appearance. very cozy to sit and enjoy with great view in the garden.
The 4-course vegan dinner is extremely demanding, prepared with local and regional products. the atmosphere lives more than until the name of the restaurant and the owners are super friendly the best place to relax, calm and have a gourmet exploration in the alps.
We originally wanted to spend a few days in the hotel and experience the accommodation and the restaurant. unfortunately they were booked, but we managed to make a reservation in their fine dinning one of my partners and I am so happy that we. we were greeted openly by starting from maria and wolfgang, the owners and so are fantastic experiences. their openness was positiw and welcoming. when we sat, we started our 4 curs taste extravaganza. the dishes were creatiw and the food presented were like pieces of art. I'm still talking about my fiancée home. if they are in tirol, Austria...I can recommend stopping, I can assure them that their taste buds will thank them.
This hotel feels like home and the new chef (since 3 weeks) knows what he does. he manages to feed exceptional vegans, super creatiw and tasty, very high standard! this applies to the breakfast, the dinner and even the afternoon snacks they arrive as hotel guest. very recommended to go there!
