Contribuiți la feedbackThe restaurant's deli offers unique delicacies, including duck salami for $22, which was very enjoyable. The cafe is small, so be prepared to wait for a table. While enjoying a late lunch, we were treated to a view of the snow outside.
When you step into Leura Gourmet Cafe and Deli, you are welcomed by a stunning deli display featuring vibrant salads, savory baked goods, and other delightful treats. The shelves are packed with condiments, packaged biscuits, and other gourmet items that would be perfect for a food hamper. Towards the back of the cafe, you can find some of the most breathtaking dining views in the Blue Mountains. Due to its popularity, be prepared for a wait for a table or simply order takeout to savor their delicious offerings.
We ordered sandwiches and the chicken pie (pictured) and were impressed by the generous portions. While the prices were a bit high, the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere made it worth it. We enjoyed our meal while taking in the beautiful views of the hills and mountains.
Quite a popular place it looks like. There was a queue to be seated. The servers kept us informed of the time of wait. We got a table quite quickly. Service was swift. All the dishes looked very appetizing. My hubby didnt like the anchovies in his Traditional Caesar salad, but that was our mistake as we expected the usual Chicken Caesar Salad. Drinks were spot on. The duck sausage was a refreshing change, though I did get a few bone fragments in it. I ordered an Iced mocha as i was paying the bill, the billing lady muddled it but was quick to apologize and got another one made for me.Point to note they had so many ready-to-buy gourmet delicacies in the store. Organic jam, bush honey, rose/vanilla/pistachio fairy floss, almond nougat are few of the very many out there..All in all worth visiting again
Every time I come up to the Blue Mountains I always stop by and have a bit to eat here. It's a nice location with plenty of seating out the back with a view over the valley. Service is quick and pretty friendly. They always have plenty on offer on the menu to please most people. This time round I had the caramelised onion tart, it was scrumptious although I would've loved a little more onion as in mine there just wasn't enough. This is a perfect spot to stop by for a coffee, juice or a substantial feed. So next time you're in the area check it out for yourself!
