Mimi's - Lethbridge

Incredible, authentic flavors! After moving to Lethbridge in May from Vancouver, we had zero success in finding a quality Chinese restaurant comparable to the ones we're used to. THIS IS IT, YOU GUYS! Wonton soup absolutely perfect. Barbecue pork? Spot on, exactly what it is SUPPOSED to look and taste like. Prices are literally the same price as the place in the food court, so Mimi's is grossly under charging for the top tier quality they serve here. You will not regret making this place your Chinese restaurant of choice! Vancouver friends don't bother looking elsewhere. ;

I went to Mimi buffet for thanksgiving, and it was great! The food tasted really good and the owner was super kind. We entered close to their closing time, but they were so quick to make sure our food was warm and we had all we needed!

Had buffet, it was great. A lot to choose from. There were a lot of choices, but most had chicken. Good for the kids, desserts were awesome. I would have done a 5, but I would have loved to see more beef. This truly is a four star buffet. Staff were always around if you needed anything. Highly recommended. Give it a try, you'll love it too.

The people were very friendly on the phone and in person when I picked up my food. The buffet is still closed, but they informed me it would be open again on October 1st, 2022. I got a dinner for 1 and substituted the sweet and sour ribs for Ginger Beef. The beef was pretty chewy and not appetizing. The chow mein was mostly cabbage and not very much flavour at all. The fried rice also didn't have much flavour to it. The pineapple chicken balls were quite good. Not the greatest Chinese food in Lethbridge. Don't think I'll be back.
