It's so satisfying to revisit a restaurant after three months and still experience the same high level of service and delicious food. The ordering process and delivery were seamless, with the staff being polite and helpful. The food arrived 10 minutes earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The new dishes we tried this time, like the crispy crab claw and BBQ honey spare ribs, were unforgettable. The stir-fried mixed vegetables with bamboo shoots and water chestnuts also received rave reviews. Overall, it was a fantastic meal that we look forward to enjoying again soon.

I ordered food online at 6:50pm and received a confirmation email stating that the food would be delivered at 7:40pm. However, at 8:30pm, I received a phone call saying they did not have anyone available to deliver to my address. When I asked why it took them an hour to inform me of this issue, they provided no explanation. They then asked if I could pick up the food instead. We live about 6 miles away in a rural part of the district. In the past, they have been more than an hour late with deliveries, but we typically accept this due to our location. We have ordered from them before because they are the only Chinese restaurant that delivers to us. However, if we have to pick up the food ourselves, there are better takeaway options available.

I placed an order at this restaurant just before 6pm and the estimated delivery time was 7:15pm. However, by 7:40pm, I still had not received my food. When I called to inquire, I was greeted by the rudest man I have ever spoken to who informed me that they had not even started cooking it yet and it would be an additional 20 minutes. This has happened before, as we frequently order from here. Sometimes the food is great, but other times it is not. I understand that they may be busy, but the way they handle phone calls needs improvement. Our food arrived cold and nearly an hour late, and it was not even what we had ordered. This experience was not acceptable.

I ordered a takeaway online for home delivery. the ordering process was easy to eat when expected, it was hot and really delicious! will definitely be reused if I next have a Chinese takeaway!

Ordering was easy and a very pleasing process. Ordered for next day delivery which arrived exactly as requested. Food was very good too. Highlights were the Kung Po king prawns, the Crispy Shredded Beef, Salt and Pepper Ribs and the Mixed Vegetable Chow Mein. The...Shredded Duck with pancakes tasted perfect BUT the duck wasn't shredded but cut into chunks made filling the pancakes harder. One warning: the Spring Rolls are huge each big enough to share. We will be back for more!
