I wouldn't recommend this restaurant if you're looking for quality. The staff is inconsiderate and forgetful. I placed an order online and followed all the instructions on the app. After parking in a designated spot and adhering to the posted rules, I waited for 10 minutes before I had to go inside because it was too hot in my car. When I finally got in and asked for a couple of waters, they informed me that my meal had been ready for 10 minutes. Frustrated, I grabbed my food and left. By the time I got home, they called to let me know that they hadn't given me my entire order. This place is a joke. Most of the positive reviews seem to be from people with local guide status who probably only ate there once just to gain that status. Overall, the experience is average at best, even on a good day.

I enjoyed the burgers, chicken strips, and halibut and chips.

My wife and I dined here last night on our way back from Salt Lake. As always, the food was outstanding, although the service took a bit longer than expected, and the fries served to us were cold. While the prices have risen, our experience felt comparable to eating at Carl's Jr.—though now they've started charging for fry sauce as well. We would appreciate it if you could consider lowering your prices back to what they were five years ago. Paying $30 for two combo meals feels a bit excessive. I’ve always loved JCW, and I have fond memories of going to their original location in American Fork while I worked in construction in the early '90s. It’s reassuring to see that they’ve maintained their quality. The atmosphere is lively, making it great for those who enjoy a bustling environment; however, if you're looking for a quieter dining experience, you might want to choose another place. Overall, it remains a solid option for a great burger!

We always see cars lined up around the block at dinner time so we wanted to try it and no one was there at about 4:30 so we didn't have to wait in line or be around other ppl , rite before the dinner rush.... Delicious! Definitely recommend it if you are traveling here or new to the area.. I am hooked!!

Acceptable respectable giant burger with fries and drink satisfied our hunger moderately long wait cheery helpful staff overall, better than okay, IMO but slightly worse than excellent. Parking: Crowded noon hour parking proved challenging, yet doable.
