Crafthouse - Leeds

We were out for dinner and received excellent service, even though one of our group arrived late. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The food was delicious, especially the roasted beef. The Gin and Tonic we had upon arrival was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

I am not sure how this restaurant earned a Michelin star. We ordered vegetables and were served ice cubes with a small, uncooked carrot on top, along with beans. Then we ordered chicken, which the waitress warned would take 40 minutes, but it ended up taking over an hour and 20 minutes. The waitress only came to our table twice, but she was friendly. Unfortunately, the food was the worst my family and I have ever tried.

We dine at Crafts regularly, and most of the time the food and service are decent. However, last night we experienced some issues. Our drinks took 35 minutes to arrive, a starter was misplaced but promptly replaced (possibly from dishes ready under a heat lamp). The pork shoulder was dry on top with no sauce, possibly due to the sauce drying under a heat lamp. We decided to skip dessert and leave before the bill was settled.

Expected better. Nice greeting when entering the restaurant Incorrect wine order brought to the table. One glass of wine had been corked. Food was luke warm. Toilets messy.
