Caesar's - Leeds

I have ordered from here weekly for the past 6 weeks for my Donna Kebabs with chilli, salad and chips. I must say I haven't been disappointed at all. The meat is always very fresh along with the salad and the chilli sauce is to die for. It has always come on time and is hot. I shall continue ordering from here.

We used to live in Kippax, so have had a few bad meals from Caesars (especially southern fried chicken) but after a few bad local meals we (stupidly) ordered again. Took an hour to arrive, which was advertised, but the Southern Fried Chicken was dry and boneless, horrible fillets which was as far from SFC as you could get. Our other burger was ok, the best I can mention really, but the chips were cold and limp. It was too late to call and get a new meal (11:15) so we ate a little and went to bed. When I called the next evening they apologised but said I should have called and they would have sent another (even if too late to actually eat it) and offered a 15% discount. FIFTEEN. If we ordered again. Seeing as we ate maybe 40-50% of our meals maximum, I can safely say that Caesars wont be honouring that 15%. Never. Again.

We ordered our food through their delivery app. We have ordered before about 1 year and the food was poor and cold. Unfortunately it hasn't changed, food 10 to 15 later than they said we only live 10 muns away . Spicy chicken burger, its never seen a spice in its life, food cold, French fries had no heat what's so ever. I now have been reminded why I didn't order for a year, will not waste my money again.

If you’re drunk and want something to eat this is by far the best place to get food....but if you’re not drunk there’s plenty of other places you can eat at. Avoid this place if you can, even for deliveries. I would gladly deliver you a better meal, just ask.
