I expected a few more frit (there were two 1 inch long bites), not only because I am greedy, but also because it would have improved the fish-potato ratio. but it looked pretty. the tomatengel did not seem to be very lyre, but rather like a tomatene sauce, maybe I am a bit too unreasonable to notice the difference. the aromen joined well, the teig was light and crispy, a small dish well made.
Tarragon boiled chicken with pancetta and cassed cabbage, the meat was perfectly cooked. kruste added great texture and was delightful aniseedy from the tarragon, but the cassed cauliflower was just a bit too rich so that the finished dish was a little out of the balance in my mind.
