I'm a huge fan of places I can visit regularly, and ever since I moved to Pittsfield a few months ago, I've been going to Salmon Run every Thursday or Friday. I've enjoyed every aspect of my visits, from the easy reservation process and prompt seating upon arrival to the delicious food. The House Specials, in particular, are exceptional. I typically rotate through five different salmon specialties each week, and they're all amazing. The butter option is simple yet delightful, the pan-roasted is pleasantly sweet, the blackened has a rich flavor, the Cajun adds a nice kick, and the Buffalo offers a unique twist. There's something for everyone, and everything is fantastic. Cheers!
