Is this what we calling clean now? With all that standing and talking you 'd think that meant the job was done. You trying to say this is worth $16? When showers were $10 they seemed cleaner. I can understand missing something but you didn 't even try here.Pitiful. Problem is the corporation does not care enough and it 's shows on the lower levels. This is a good example of nevertrust someone else 's version of clean . This one of this location they gave a lil face lift and slapped some paint and newsigns on and figured that was enough I guess. Still as dirty as before

Pilot is having problems at about 9 out of 10 times that I visit. Not just this one but all over the country. And it is always a pump problem. Not the employees. I'm not sure what the problem is but I travel in multiple states and see a consistent problemgoing on. Also..update the APP and highway signs for stores you sold off.

I had the worst experience at this Pilot location and I will never return. As a truck driver who works hard all day, I arrived at 1:00 AM after making a reservation for a parking spot in advance, as I always do. However, when I got there, there were no spots available. The employees told me there was nothing they could do except offer a refund. What a great solution when all I wanted was a place to rest! I've never encountered this at any other Pilot; they usually ensure reserved parking for drivers with a reservation ticket and move any those without. To make matters worse, the showers were dirty, and the towels were old and stained. Thankfully, I always bring my own towels. The service here is unprofessional overall. The only positive aspect was the manager, who was friendly when I spoke with him in the morning to voice my complaint, which is why I’m giving this place one star. The rest of the experience was a complete disaster, and no one deserves this kind of service.

We always make sure to stop here when traveling north or south. The fuel prices are great, and the McDonald's operates efficiently. I’ve attached a picture from my last visit showcasing their impressive selection of safety vests and gear! Plus, the staff is really friendly. Remember, you're in Helm, Bullitt County! If you have some extra time, the Jim Beam distillery is nearby and worth a tour!

Make sure to stop here for gas and drinks! The service is excellent, and both the store and restrooms were clean.
