My wife and I love this place. If someone comes in town, we'll take them here. Did you know Christopher Elbow owns it? If you know CE chocolate, you will know what it does is high quality. Now I am not interested in some of his unique combinations (my wife loves them), I like the combinations of salty pulp and Madagascar vanilla. They are described as Artisan, and I agree, very special ice.

All about Glacé is fantastic. They have dozens of flavors that change every time we pass. I love adventures so that this keeps me happy, but my wife loves to be grounded in the foundations of life. Glacé has that also with some great chocolate, vanilla and fruit flavors that are constantly covered.

Flavoured ice cream from boulevard beer to cranberry oatmeal cookie, or my favorite French lavender, this place is the absolute best find in KC. You can make floats or sell pints from their custom ice #madeinkc.

First customer today, was fantastic! I tried something I never tried (or even thought I would like) and it was great, I got a pot of goat cheese and dates and a pot of Flare de sel Caramel. Both were really delicious.

Christopher Elbow is the man... real ice cream, unique flavors. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
