Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

The restaurant would not provide extra ranch dressing for our salads, and they even refused to let us purchase more. I reached out via email on March 9 but never received a reply. We live near Zona Rosa, and every time we order from our local Papa Murphy's, the experience (both with the staff and the food) is inconsistent compared to your location. Perhaps the Zona Rosa store is more generous, as they provide extra salad dressing for free. We ordered five salads and received only one extra packet for the entire group. When we asked to buy more, we were told no. Despite leaving a $10 tip along with our order, I hate to leave negative feedback, especially since I own property in Leavenworth and want local businesses to succeed. However, my repeated experiences with your store have led me to this. I understand that it can be difficult to find good staff, but there always seems to be an issue at your location. I've never had any problems with the Zona Rosa store.

The pizza here is excellent, and you can customize it nearly any way you like. The flavor is fantastic, and the prices are reasonable as well. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I ordered a pizza and arrived at 6:55 PM. The manager informed me that they close at 7:00 PM and was in the process of locking the door, even though there was no notice on their website about an early closing. It was only 6:55 PM, and they were aware that I had a pickup order. Despite this, she reluctantly opened the door and sold me my pizza in a very rude manner. My family and I will not be returning.

The last three times I've been at this place they have messed up my order. I called them to let them know my order was messed up. I was really polite and told them my pizza didnt even have sauce on it. He instantly yelled at me and hung up. This happenedthe last time they meesed up my pizza. I was there the last time and the guy was yelling at me in the lobby to just accepttheir mistake. He can not admit when he messes up and makes you pay for his mistakes. The pizza is already expensive as is thenyou have have to deal with a dysfunctional crew. Fyi while my dad was there picking up the pizza an elderly gentlemen was theresaying he didn't get one of his pizzas and the same guy was yelling at him. He left without getting his pizza. This was my dadsfirst time eating there and after seeing what the elderly man went throuh and the disrespect I got. He said he'll never orderfrom there. Great first impression guys.
