Buffalo Wild Wings - Leavenworth

My partner and I made a quick stop for some wings. On Tuesdays, there’s a promotion where you buy one and get one free. My partner chose the six-piece wings with Asian Zing sauce, while I went for the six-piece Wild sauce wings. The customer service was friendly, and we received our order in under ten minutes. Masks are required for customers not seated at tables, and the dining area is open for dining in. Overall, we had a great meal and enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere. This was our first time here, and it certainly won’t be our last.

Considering the current challenges of staffing in the restaurant industry, I want to approach this review with understanding. I’m not in a rush, so I can overlook minor issues that may arise without getting too upset. I've dined here ten times, and each experience has been delightful. The food is consistently great, just as you would expect from a national chain. Everything comes out hot, the beer is nice and cold, and I usually finish my meal. I really enjoy this place and all it has to offer. Let's remember that many establishments are facing staffing shortages these days. So, take a moment to relax and enjoy your time here.

We had a fantastic time, as always. While we don't visit B-Dubs very often, each experience is always enjoyable. The staff is friendly and entertaining, and the food is delicious (I tried the bacon cheese burger this time). They also offer a nice variety of beers on tap. With sports playing on the TVs and trivia games, it's the perfect recipe for a fun evening with family and friends. It's definitely a wonderful place to go!

We ate here on a Saturday evening and had great service (Atlanta was our waitress). I was nervous about a long delay because of other reviews, but our appetizer came out immediately and our food was just after that. There was a delay in the wings, but Atlanta warned us that they would take a little longer to get out. No complaints!

I would give this place a higher rating because I really enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings, but the limited staff and reduced kitchen operations meant we had a longer wait than usual. The food was excellent when it arrived, and our waitress, despite managing 15 tables, was friendly and attentive when she could be. However, it’s clear that more waitstaff are needed to help clear tables and assist customers more effectively.
