Contribuiți la feedbackI went through the drive-thru for my best friend's hungry son. He ordered the chicken strip basket and a milkshake. He said the food was good and the employee at the drive-thru window was very friendly and smiled when she saw the young man in the backseat.
Our breadsticks were rock hard, our ice cream so so melted it was running out of the blizzard cup, fries were so salty we couldn't eat them and the outside of the building at the drive thru window was gross enough to cause a major health codeviolation. I've been to this DQ many times and never had this experience
Great little place, they've never made an error with my order, even though it's an off-menu type item they are always friendly, helpful fast (as they can be). I will say that people are certainly not empathetic to them, though, so if you see meahead of you at a Dairy Queen, just know that you are going to be waiting and it's not their fault, it's mine!! ???????????????
I typically do not write reviews, but after reading others online and seeing that they are not being addressed by the restaurant, I feel compelled to share my experience. I was the only person at the drive-thru with no one else in the store. I tried to order the limited fruity dipped cone, but the machine was broken. I settled for a twist cone, which took a long time to make and was poorly made. The cone itself was stale. I already thought $3 for a small ice cream cone was a bit expensive, but the lack of quality and freshness made it not worth it. I hope the response team addresses these issues and turns things around for this once beloved restaurant. I recommend going to our locally owned and operated Bob's Drive-in down the road for a better experience.
This Dairy Queen is possibly the worst I have ever visited. Tonight, I ordered two blizzards at 9:07pm and did not advance in the line until 9:22pm. I saw multiple employees inside who were just chatting while the drive-thru line was extending onto the road. I understand that it can be difficult to find help these days, but this store has been like this for years. It is the slowest and most frustrating place I have ever been to, and it is completely unnecessary. I am not looking for any compensation, I just want to see improvements in the service.
