Contribuiți la feedback2 orders via ubereats, errors each time and not the least. 1st order: I pay for 750 gr of apricots, I receive 650 gr. Obviously, the scales are not damaged! And it is obviously the consumer who is fooled in the end. 2nd more serious order: I pay for 250 grams of chicory, I receive 100 grams, or 2.5 times less. I pay for free-range eggs, I get floor-raised eggs. I pay for special caramelized almond chocolate and get regular dark chocolate. The employees take initiatives on their own by changing the order, without even warning the customer, and putting in lower quality items, with smaller containers and which are worth less, obviously! I am writing an incendiary review because I can no longer tolerate these kinds of errors repeated over and over again within orders. I tested at least 6-7 different intersections on the CUB and I had problems like this with my controls. The problem in the story is that Ubereats does not always reimburse you while Carrefour is at fault! The consumer therefore ends up with less good products, which he never ordered and there is nothing he can do. I think you could call this theft? It's simply sickening. I believe that at this level, it is no longer a problem of skills or training but rather an intellectual one among certain employees who have absolutely no judgment, they really don't care. If you order via delivery platforms, keep in mind that this can happen to you and you will end up like an idiot with instructions not followed and modifications of substandard/missing products, made without your knowledge.

We placed an order for 3 items. One was missing on delivery... no point in using the delivery service for the consumer. The negligence of the establishment complicates a service that is nevertheless practical and advantageous. Damage.
