Fantastic from beginning to end. Went for a birthday dinner. Especially happy with the cocktails and Adrian gave impeccable service.

Reservations for a group of 8 post graduation is a hard time for reservations. The Red Dog offered a nice graduation menu, a guitar played aware that people wanted to talk and excellent service. We couldn’t have asked for a better location to host three generations of KU graduates for a farewell dinner. The view from the roof afterwards was a bonus.

We made a reservation on OpenTable. When we arrived we were informed that OpenTable ‘wasn’t working’ and we could wait an hour for a table. Very disappointing.

The food was excellent, but the service left much to be desired. Despite being one of only a few tables occupied at the time, there were several servers on duty. I appreciated being seated in a corner for some privacy, but we hardly saw our server. Our appetizer never arrived, and we had difficulty ordering additional drinks. After finishing our meals, the server finally returned to ask if we wanted more drinks. Moreover, they were out of several menu items, which we learned only after attempting to order them. For example, they ran out of French fries, and it would have been preferable to be informed of that before looking through the menu.

The service was outstanding, and the food and drinks were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was ideal for a Sunday lunch with family.
