Arby's - Lawrence

This Arby's is fairly average, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. The location is convenient, although the parking lot and storage area behind the restaurant detract from its appeal. The restaurant is well-maintained but shows some signs of wear if you look closely. The staff was helpful and skilled; they were focused on their tasks, though not particularly quick, which is typical for an Arby's. When I visited for dinner, the dining area was empty except for me, with most customers opting for drive-through or take-out. The meat in my sandwich was a bit dry, but the fries and soda were enjoyable. The limited selection of condiments available in the dining area made it more challenging to customize my sandwich, though this issue seems to be a common result of COVID policies across all restaurants. Overall, I would definitely return to this location, but I would like to try some other places first.

Let's be honest: I've always enjoyed Arby's, but the service I experienced tonight was exceptional. When I walked in, the staff treated me with such kindness. Fast food often gets a bad reputation, but this Arby's truly proves that wrong. There was so much respect shown, and I encountered no issues at all. We had to wait for our food, but that was because they prepared everything fresh just for us. My little one waved goodbye, and the employee waved back—something that hardly ever happens! I didn't catch the name of the worker, but I wanted to leave a wonderful review for the manager or the staff to see!
