The Manager Charlie simply just doesn't care.......Asked Marco for my dessert 3 times, and my bread, never brought the side of fries they promised, staff said they are too busy to serve me on time......had a bad experience..... shared my feedback with Charlie, gave him a chance to correct it.... he said he doesn't care, to speak to higher management or to just to post my experience online.... ok here I am ??????????????

We had great food at El Pollo Inka and I had arroz con mariscos and fried yuca sticks as an appetizer. You enter and order at the front counter, pay, and they bring the food to your table. Service was quick and the food is good but nothing fancy. Place was packed with Peruvians so I assume the food is authentic and reasonably priced.

I placed an order earlier today (1&2 picture is the hair ball and the amount I paid) and when I got home to enjoy my pollo saltado I seen a hair ball right on top of my plate . The food isn?t cheap here so I expect a quality meal and also for all their employees to wear a hair net NO EXCEPTIONS! This isn?t the first time something like this happens at this location . Tried the lomo saltado here. Although quite nice, it didn?t come hot enough. At least not the french fries that are scattered through the dish. In fact, almost room temp. Sweet purple corn juice was very nice. But also very sweet. Interesting place. Will probably be back to try the roasted chicken with pasta for just under 10 dollars.
