Mltdwn - Laval

We were recommended this place by a Montreallean on the flight to Montreal. The fella running the restaurant the day we were there was very gracious and even gave us a free dessert grilled smore's sandwich. It was AMAZING. Anyway you can have any grilled cheese you can think of. My husband had kraft dinner in his. I had a southwestern grilled cheese. Totally worth checking out.

We come to the moment to discover the place and I have to admit that the grilled cheese is excellent (the classic without gluten was perfect) and the poutine is super good. Besides, the owner is super friendly, I recommend it to you.

In the food fair location, there are several fast-food restaurants for consumers. The mltdwn specializes in grille cheese of any kind. I tried the grille cheese west coast with chicken, lawyer, spinach and cheese of course. It's delicious delicious. say fries and ketchup with pepper, miam.

I had the maple~green apple~prosciutto grilled cheese. absolutely perfect, and I know my way around a grilled cheese sandwich! Yes it's pricey, but I don't mind, totally worth it. Fries were very good too! Service was meh, and impossible to find good seats in the food court on the weekend (hello awkward tiny middle table!). But great time anyway :)

It's good, but it's not worth $15 for the dish, very fat and salty. A grad cheese improved.
