Five Guys - Laurel

I ordered a speck cheeseburger without mushrooms, as they make me feel sick, but this is not the first time they’ve messed up my order. I had a fun time otherwise, but I won’t be returning to this restaurant again!

Just went to five guys in laurel. Great food great service. They were super chill and helped me with my order and bring ING it for my dog with me.

In general, I am a fan of Five Guys. But this location is unable to have pick-up orders ready at the time they say it will be ready. When my order wasn’t ready 5 minutes after my supposed ready pick up time, they proceeded to sass me, and put hair in my food. Pick a different location

The staff of four seemed more focused on chatting with each other than on attending to the customers, including three of us who were waiting and phone orders that needed attention. While I understand that it's important to enjoy your work, this sometimes came at the expense of customer service. I ended up receiving an extra hamburger that I didn't order; I should have checked before leaving. Additionally, my order was just sitting there while the person in charge of fries was idle. It wasn't until the young manager spoke to him that he realized he needed to put my fries in my bag. My order sat for over five minutes, and I would have said something if I had known it was mine. They also didn't have enough fries cooking, likely due to the distractions happening on the floor. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Next time, I might try the Greenbelt location, where service used to be much better.

Five Guys offers some of the best burgers around. The service was excellent, and the prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend it. Follow my travel adventures on Instagram @brian.dent!
