The bowling alley was also very clean and well taken care of. I was impressed by the attentive staff - when I mentioned a sticky spot on my lane, they immediately came over to clean it up and even added a bit of polish to make sure it was no longer sticky. The customer service at this place is excellent.
Overall, I had no issues with the restaurant. The service was quick and friendly. We placed a large pick-up order with no problems. However, one of my coworkers was upset about the price they paid for their meal. They spent around $12.50 after tax for a 2-piece dark meat meal with a biscuit and coleslaw. I even have a video showing the order and eating experience. Another coworker paid nearly $20 for a 5-piece meal. It made us wonder how people can afford to eat there.
If I couldn't leave a star, I would. I cleaned a meal and most of it was thrown away. the chicken was very crispy while it was extremely dry... as it was too long under the heat lamps. even the cookies and pommes were hard. there was a verbal complaining that the lunch was terrible and only an apology was offered. popeyes worst experience ever.
I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The employees were not knowledgeable in taking orders, resulting in poor communication and a subpar meal. The food was undercooked and lacking in flavor. I was extremely surprised by the experience. I will stick to Popeyes in the future and will not be returning to this place. I felt compelled to leave a negative review to warn others.
DIRTY BATHROOMS, ITS COVID ERA and they don't seem to care. Their clear panel separating the staff from the customer is installed so well that the cashier and the customer can no longer hear one another. If you have your mask on like the front door states is a must to come inside you are really doomed because they cannot see your mouth either. Usually I wouldn't make a fuss about having to kneel down and bend over to talk to the young hard of hearing over the kitchens motions and activity nice female cashier, but i'm out of shape. lol The shrimp and service was otherwise great like usual. Managers/owners your customers must be able to communicate with your team can't we do something here to HEAR one another?
