18bin - Las Vegas

We absolutely adored this place! The chicken tenders were homemade and packed with delicious flavors that you would expect from a tasty dish. I also enjoyed a cold drink which was very tasty. Sometimes you just need to relax and enjoy the arts district, like I did at 18bin. To be honest, I had a few drinks, each one just as satisfying. I will definitely be returning for another fantastic experience, 18bin style. Today we tried the chicken waffles tower and mimosas, which were excellent. The DJ was great and the atmosphere was awesome.

Unfortunately, I decided to order the vegan "lox" bagel at this restaurant. While the dish looked appealing, it was ultimately disappointing. The kitchen took a shortcut by smothering the bagel in liquid smoke, resulting in an excessively bitter taste that made it nearly impossible to eat. In fact, it may have been the worst dish I've ever been served at a restaurant. Even hours later, my hands still smell like liquid smoke and the bitterness lingers in my mouth. This experience may have permanently ruined my enjoyment of smoked flavors. I am unsure if this was a mistake in execution or a flaw in the dish's design, but I suspect the latter. The addition of arugula only intensified the bitterness. Despite my disappointment, the server handled the situation gracefully. I am writing this review not to complain, but to offer constructive feedback to the restaurant. Either remove this dish from the menu or rework it entirely. This is not simply a matter of personal preference; the dish was a failure in execution, unlike anything I have encountered in a professional kitchen before.

The food was mediocre at best, a bit lacking in flavor. I appreciate the variety of vegan options and the extended deep house brunch hours at this place. However, the food itself wasn't impressive and the heat in Vegas can be overwhelming. It's a great spot for bottomless mimosas if you're more focused on the drinks and music than the quality of the food. Perfect for those looking to have a good time and enjoy some tunes.

Good food and great crowd. It really depends on what day and time of day you go. First Fridays it's packed and regular nights it always a decent crowd. You can hang outside or inside. Service was a little slow but only due to crowds and amount of staffmembers. But it wasn't a issue. Great place to catch a local vibe and hang out with friends. They also play different musicdepending on the day and can possibly catch ppl on the dance floor. If you go on a weds night let's have a drink.Cheers!!!! Just to update my review as of 07/12/2022 it was another great visit on Tuesday night comedy. Drink priced great.Tacos was wonderful and the customer service was truly excellent!!! Thank you for another great experience.

Server Brittany is awesome! So friendly and helpful! Dude this place ROCKS! The outdoor space is gorgeous and inside the bar is cozy. Definitely worth a visit! Cool people. Cool Arts District vibes. This is Vegas 2022, baby!
