Starbucks - Laredo

I typically don't write reviews, but my experience was incredible! I want to give a big shout-out to all the hardworking baristas; they truly don't receive the recognition they deserve.

The girl had really bad vibes and didn’t talk when I asked her questions. She also gave me the wrong drink, and when I returned it, they simply added syrup to the drink I had already received. The drink I got was nothing like the one I ordered.

My drink was quite disappointing. I can’t believe how much coffee I’m not getting. I asked the barista for light ice, but she overloaded it with ice instead. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here.

Pistachio cream cold brew is my FAV! today they messed it up for me. Tasted HORRIBLE; like I was drinking tinted water. I also ordered a warmed up banana pecan loaf and received an iced lemon loaf. Didn’t realize it until I drove away. I was on my way to work or I would’ve gone back. Waste of $10

Can’t get much at this starbucks, no nitro no cold brew and other ingredients that are just not available. Not consistently at least. Meh location. Manager needs to order ingredients ahead of time and stock the appropriate amount. Not the employees fault.
