Carnitas Tapatio - Laredo

Just reading the disrespectful responses from the restaurant has convinced me to take my business elsewhere. A bit of pride and a lot of humility would serve them well.

The waitress messed up my order and claimed she couldn’t correct her mistake. She returned to tell me that someone else said I had to stick with the wrong order because they don't make adjustments. The service was terrible! Additionally, she didn’t bring any napkins, and there were none on the tables. My husband also faced the same issue with his plate. We ordered tacos with a specific type of meat but received something different, and that was the mistake that couldn't be fixed. It was really disappointing!

The carnitas are excellent—probably the best I've had in Laredo.

I ordered three chicken tacos, which were served with charro beans and two varieties of nopalito cactus salad. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was both friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return!

The food here is consistently fantastic. We visit often and always appreciate the same high-quality, authentic homemade Mexican dishes.
