I paid $22 for two really subpar salads! They barely looked green; they resembled iceberg lettuce more than anything else!
Panera is usually a great place that leaves customers satisfied, but not this time. Perhaps the high staff turnover has affected their training. If a sandwich is ordered without tomatoes, it should not have any tomatoes on it at all. Additionally, all full-sized sandwiches should come with a pickle and be wrapped in two sheets of paper to keep the pickle separate from the sandwich. Two napkins should also be the standard. These details really matter, and they shouldn't get mixed up. A national chain like Panera should maintain consistency. Sorry if I sound like I'm speaking from experience—I used to work there.
On the upside, I do like their rewards system, which allows you to earn free items and discounts. However, the kiosks don’t always recognize the coupons I use at checkout, which can be frustrating—technology can be hit or miss! As for the food quality, it’s not top-notch, but you can't expect too much since this is a casual spot in America. I’m just grateful to have something to eat. I recommend trying the cinnamon crunch bagels and visiting in the morning for freshly baked options. I’ve heard they bake overnight before opening. The cinnamon toast bagel with honey nut cream cheese is especially tasty!
I put the left chicken teriyaki bowl in my microwave, and she started firing. I had to buy a new micro. could have been worse. it could have burned the house down.
Lemonade taste watered down, rolls hard, and stingy with the cheese when ordering a flatbread pizza! The one on Cedar is much cleaner and better!
