Culver's - LANNON

The lines tend to be long in this place, but our order is always correct. We love the culvers Burger and Custard and would recommend this location.

My fiancée and I visited Culver's on Saturday 18th at 2pm. Before ordering, I asked that the food server use tongues to pack and put frits in the pocket. The cashier said they had gloves. I then told him that the servers touch each other, adjust their hats and touch the counter before they grab my frits and put them in the pocket. They have never changed their gloves after this or after orders in the cars outside. What is the use of them wearing gloves when they touch everything and serve after eating. The gloves are dirty and dirty and I find it disgusting. The server then played with the tongues that were given to him. And when our order came up, he began to grab the hamburger boxes with the tongues and say they wanted me to use tongues. I found this server behavior to be honest. And the manager was no help. His response to this behavior of the servers was, we have gloves on. I will never visit this Culver again!

The burgers are usually good. Located in a busy area, right across Chik-Fill-A. The restaurant is usually kept clean and during slower hours, the food still stays relatively fresh.

Every culvers ever, smol drive thru but food is fast and good

At 4:28 PM on a Sunday I placed an online order for curbside pickup with a pickup time of 4:45 PM. I checked in when I arrived at 4:46 PM. At approximately 4:55 I went into the store to see if I could just grab my order. I was told by a soft spoken employee working the register that they were, slammed and that Sundays are really busy. She repeated this to every customer that walked up to the register or called the store. I left the store without food at approximately 5:15 PM. Thirty minutes after the food was supposed to be ready. We are fortunate enough to be able to afford takeout as a treat. In order to make a takeout dinner work with a two year old we stick to a schedule which doesn 't factor in 30 wasted minutes travel time with nothing to show for it. What I saw while in the store was a lot of hard working kids. No one looked above 20. No one was managing these kids and they were visibly overwhelmed. There was no triage, no directing work, and no guidance from someone who was clearly in charge. I don 't fault the workers for returning home empty handed. I do fault the ownership. If Sunday is your busy day, have someone in charge to give these kids a chance to be successful during their shift.
