Came here New Year’s Eve for food and drinks. Food was lovely and good price. Service was fab and staff were very friendly. Nice atmosphere for New Year’s Eve. Thank you

Incredible place. Very reasonably priced, attentive and friendly staff, gorgeous decor, what more could you want?

The food was really good and very reasonably priced, especially as we got the happy hour discount. However, the experience was ruined by our waiter. It started badly when he forgot to bring over our water with our drinks and we had to remind him about it. After we finished our starter, our plates then weren’t taken away for a good 20 minutes, which was strange as our waiter walked past us multiple times and took other tables plates away. He also took my fork with my plate and didn’t replace it leaving me with no fork for my main and meant I had to take one from the table next to me. We had our mains which were lovely and then were swiftly handed the bill. However the waiter failed to mention that we have to go and pay at the bar. We were sat there for 25 minutes waiting to pay (it was busy and wanted to give plenty of time for him to bring it over) before I asked him if we could pay now and only then did he say that we had to pay at the bar. We then went over to the bar to pay and our waiter walked past us and saw us waiting to pay but instead wiped a table and made us wait. The bartender was busy making cocktails so we ended up standing there for 5 minutes waiting to pay with both the waiter and bartender not even acknowledging us standing there. I’ve been twice before and my experiences both other times have been great. Maybe the waiter just had an off day, I don’t know. But it’s put me off going back again as it was a massively frustrating visit despite the great food

My partner booked a table for the two of us for tonight Friday 12th January for 7pm When we got there he said there wasn’t any room in the restaurant and we would have to sit in a booth in the bar area . We got a drink snd sat down I wasn’t happy with the situation, I went to the toilet through the restaurant looking around there were four empty tables. Why couldn’t we have had one of those has we had booked.! Very disappointed in the way it was dealt with. We ending up walking out without eating. This is the second incident we have come across with this restaurant.

My meal was enjoyable I had steak but my parents didn’t enjoy there’s they had butternut squash spinach goats cheese in a sauce in a pie my mums pastry was hard. A difficult to cut there was no sauce and very little goats cheese on a positive note the server was friendly helpful
