Domino's Pizza - Lambeth

After a late afternoon meeting in London, three colleagues and I decided to grab a takeaway meal through delivery before heading to our respective homes. We opted for the Manager's Special: two large pizzas and two sides. 1 x Meateor Pizza, which had an incredible amount of meat, 1 x cheese and tomato pizza that was very enjoyable, 1 x side of garlic bread pizza, and 1 side of chicken wings, which were apparently very good. I suppose that in this heatwave, many locals from South London might have opted for home barbecues, as the delivery was quick from this Domino's site. A very enjoyable meal before a solo movie marathon of The Princess Bride, Collateral, and American Gangster.

The customer service and pizzas at this branch had been fine previously, but last night was a waste of my money. The guy taking orders said it was a slow night, so they arrived in under 45 minutes! I bought 3 pizzas for $27.00 for 5 hungry kids. I asked for extra cheese on all of them. There was none. There was no tomato base on any of them. The pepperoni was sparse as a topping and burnt. They all had over 3 inches of crust from the edge, not covering anything at all. Pure bread. I will not be buying from them again. Rubbish. I wanted to return everything, but before I could call them, the pizzas dried out leaving large amounts of dough in the box, as 12-year-old kids don't understand the concept of returning food when it's not right.

I ordered from this Domino's and it took 1 hour and 40 minutes to arrive. When it finally came, half of our order was missing and the remaining items were cold. We spoke to the manager, who was hard to understand, and they sent a replacement order. Unfortunately, the missing items from our original order were still cold in the replacement order.
