Casey's - Lakin

The person at the counter was incredibly rude! There was no greeting or thank you when I walked in or when I left. It took a while for him to come out from the back, and when he finally did, he stopped, rolled his eyes, and sighed as if my presence was an inconvenience. I politely asked for a receipt for pump 4, and he let out an exasperated sigh, typed the cash key in a rough manner, shoved the receipt into my hand, and then just turned around and walked away. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at Casey's!

The restaurant really needs a new manager urgently; their work ethic is lacking at every level. They rarely answer phone calls, and their pizza and baked goods are often not ready at a reasonable time. Additionally, the pizzas are not made in a timely manner. Overall, it seems like a lack of effort from the team at this establishment.

I worked there and it's a terrible place to work! general manager didn't run the place professionally at all. I was embarrassed to work there as a team member, so I quit!

I love Casey?s, and I?m trying to be as nice as I can, but one fuel pump for trucks, they are still having issues turning the pumps on, the window wash buckets have been empty for three weeks. And not very nice people on the inside.

Stopped in to get some breakfast at 8:30 in the morning and they're not even open when they're supposed to be. This place is turning in to a dump never has a manager on duty and everyone is just plain lazy most of the time the bathroom is a mess and the cooler is always out of a lot of common things.
