Jack In The Box - LAKEPORT

The order was completely incorrect, but I was too famished to address it. A man in the parking lot was talking about having to return three times, so I decided not to bother.

The food service is excellent and the portion sizes are generous. Although the wait time can be a bit long at times, the delicious food and affordable prices for a quick meal make it worth it.

Food was not bad. Not sure what was going on but the clerk was extremely rude over the speaker and it took almost 30 minutes to get our order with 2 cars in front of us.

They helped me out, cooked my food fresh and was super polite good experience thanks guys

I ordered burgers without mayo, ketchup, or any sauce. Unfortunately, they came with dripping condiments anyway. Despite requesting no onions, they were included. We received a cheeseburger we hadn't ordered, and to top it off, the bottom bun was extremely hard. The customer at the table next to us had to return twice because they also got his order wrong.
