Bbq'd Productions Grill - Lake Zurich

I picked up a catering order from BBQ productions on July 4th. When I got the order home, which included a chef sampler, a large double slab of ribs, and athe salmon, I noticed that there were no sauces included with the order. Because they closed early. I was unable to get any of their sauce and ended up having to use sweet baby rays on the ribs and brisket. very disappointing.

The food was amazing. Great atmosphere with friendly staff and fast service... Update We visited 2 months ago today... my boyfriend was in the mood for BBQ food, so I decided to take him there for dinner. I forgot how expensive this place was.

We loved it! Everything was flavorful, including the Mega Mary (which we split more than enough for two people). We thought the Mega Mary would be a good app, but we could hardly eat the main course (leftovers)! Unfortunately, the weather was cold and rainy, so we couldn't sit outside, but the outdoor space looked fun! The staff was very nice, too. We will be back next time we are up that way (live in Elgin, but we're Realtors, and we travel to WI fairly frequently).

It is with regret that I feel obliged to voice my disappointment publicly, hoping it could lead to some improvements for the benefit of future patrons. Upon needing to use the restroom facilities, I was met with an unforeseen surprise: no toilet paper in the men 's bathroom. This wasn 't simply an oversight of an empty roll, but a complete absence of basic sanitary supplies in the entire restroom, demonstrating a stark neglect for customer comfort and convenience. Upon bringing this lack of essentials to the attention of the staff, I was met with a response that can only be described as astonishingly nonchalant. Rather than receiving an immediate apology and action, their reaction was a casually thrown remark Of the men 's room as well? This response not only revealed a lack of communication within the staff but a complete disregard for the customer experience. It suggests that the issue was already known (at least in the women 's room) and yet, no effort was made to rectify the situation promptly. It is in these details that an establishment shows its commitment to customer service and satisfaction. It is fair to expect a certain level of hygiene and readiness in any dining establishment, regardless of the price point or casualness of the environment. It 's disheartening to see such a fundamental lapse in the upkeep of BBQ 'd Productions Bar Grill. An absence of toilet paper might seem a small oversight to some, but for me, it’s a red flag, indicative of larger issues, and calls into question the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the entire establishment. This experience has severely impacted my perception of the restaurant and has left me with an unfortunate impression. In this competitive culinary landscape, every detail matters, and I hope BBQ 'd Productions Bar Grill takes this review into account and improves their overall service and maintenance. Until then, I 'm afraid I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my recent experience.

Who doesn’t love a good BBQ joint. We figured let’s stop here since it was on the way back to the highway. I’m glad we did. It wasn’t overly busy and the view from our seats was serene. The staff was very pleasant. The menu was full of tasty choices. For an app we settled on bbq nachos with brisket. My son had the Hunter’s 10-42 burger. It was topped with Mac and cheese. His side was fries and loaded Mac and cheese. My wife and myself went with the chef’s special for two. It had 7 meats and two very large sides. Brisket, pork, burnt ends, pulled chicken, hot links, ribs and chicken. Sides were Gouda Mac and mashed taters. There was so much food left over we had a container full of meat. It was amazing. The bbq sauces were creative as well. Lots of choices.
