Smokin' E's Bbq - Lake Station

The aroma from the parking lot was incredible! Upon arrival, we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. The menu is straightforward but features all the delicious options you'd want. The ribs and brisket rib tips were outstanding, boasting a great smoky flavor and tenderness. The spoon cornbread was fantastic—sweet with a lovely texture. I highly recommend this place!

I must say, the brisket was bursting with flavor and incredibly delicious. Congratulations to the restaurant on their recent award! I also appreciated the brochette buns they used for the brisket sandwich. On the downside, it would have been nice if the bun had been warmed, as it was cold and cooled down the meat. I would have liked to have some kind of sauce—perhaps barbecue—to accompany the sandwich instead of just the bun and meat. The baked beans were a tad too sweet for my taste. However, I'm definitely looking forward to trying the rib tips on my next visit.

I've been living in Lake Station for five years after moving here from Chicago, and I have to say this is the best place to eat in the area—hands down! I just tried their baby back ribs for the first time, and I will definitely be returning! For just $23 for such a delicious slab of ribs, I have no complaints. I'm happy to pay a little extra for the sides; I only had the baked beans this time, but they were excellent. I can't wait to try the pulled pork and mac and cheese next!

Food was not the best ribs are dry and not freshly cooked not Sure when they?re cooked as I live down the street and never smell the smoke of said smoker. i live locally wanted to try the food contribute to local business. , I smoke hot links and ribs and pulled pork often however I don?t always wanna turn the smoker on and cook the meat did not taste like it was smoked or have grill grate markings. The spoon bread was amazing and would definitely go back for it. But the meat was lacking seasoning ,smoke , and the bbq sauce watered down.

Great customer service. They did not habe what i came for. BRISKET!! Still a must try if you're in the area and want some BBQ
