Asabi Bistro Sushi Grill

This review focuses solely on the sushi. Unfortunately, it was quite mediocre. The imitation crab was diced into small sticks, which had a similar taste but a strange texture. The avocado was spread thinly on the roll instead of being in nice chunks, and overall, the sushi had a fishier flavor than I'm accustomed to. I was expecting the alakan roll to be a traditional inside-out roll, but it was simply rolled normally. It wasn't bad, but it didn't stand out as a favorite. While it's definitely edible, I would choose Sakura Wentzville over this place every time.

Amazing sushi. Love the happy hour pricing too! Staff is always friendly. Just be careful during busy times for takeout bc it gets long but they will let you know that. Worth it every time!

What a fantastic restaurant! While it might not have the perfect ambiance for a romantic date, I managed to keep her laughing for hours, thanks to the friendly staff. The food was excellent and surprisingly affordable for such high quality.
