El Lago Mexican - Lake Lure

I dined in on my birthday 5/15 and had a great dinner! Everything tasted awesome and the portions weren't skimpy either. Their salsa bar is pretty nice too. I never had pineapple salsa before.?

We were in Lake Lure with friends from Cary. We had never eaten at El Lago but everyone was in the mood for Mexican. Service was speedy, food was tasty and hot. Will go back again. Highly recommended.

Wish I could give them a million stars. When Lake House Restaurant messed up my wedding rehearsal dinner . We came here and they took my party of 30 ppl. They were great to accommodate us all. The food and service was great!!! They went beyond and above to make our night special. And now when we take trips to Chimney Rock we will make sure to give them our business. This is a great place to eat !!!

Had a huge wedding rehearsal dinner reserved for the lake house and they messed up so we came here. They got us all in quickly great people , great service and great prices. Food was awesome as well.
