The meal and view of the water from our table were both very enjoyable. The homemade bison ravioli was a standout dish - tender, flavorful, and uniquely featured on the menu. Although the overall price was a bit high, it was expected due to the location. The kettle chips served as a nice appetizer. We went for Mother's Day dinner and were able to secure a late reservation. As a nice touch, they handed out roses to all the mothers.

This restaurant is absolutely delicious and worth the price! My boyfriend and I had dinner here while staying at the Fairmont (I recommend making reservations in advance). We were seated at a table by the window with a gorgeous view of the mountains as the sun was setting. The service was top-notch and the food was fantastic! It's definitely worth the cost and you will leave feeling full and happy. I highly recommend trying the charcuterie board as an appetizer, it was delicious! If you are staying at or visiting the hotel, I definitely suggest dining here.

My wife and I had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant while on a tour. The prices were reasonable for the high-quality food we received. We enjoyed the beautiful view from our window seat and were pleased that we only had to wait 30 minutes even during peak hours. I ordered the Locally foraged Grilled Mushroom pasta and was amazed by the incredible sauce and perfectly cooked mushrooms. My only complaint was that the bread on the side was not buttered or cut properly, which was a bit disappointing. The plate also felt a bit empty. My wife had the candied farmers vegetable salad with Quinoa, which was fresh and delicious. However, we would have liked to see a fuller plate. The olives were just okay and were supposed to be warm but weren't. They also only came with 2 bread sticks, we felt like 4 would have been more appropriate.

Great restaurant inside the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. The prices are high but well worth it for the view. The service is excellent, the server took the time to get to know us. The food is superb. And the drinks are tasty. Wait times can be a bit high but they can text you when your table is ready. Will return for sure!

Tip: make a reservation if you want seats with a view. The food was okay (3 stars) but I'll give this place 4 stars because the service was fantastic despite how busy it was.
