Wendy's - Lake Jackson

My man I came to eat here. my man ordered a single that was specifically asked for no mayo, no scavenger, no pickel. it came not only with mayo, but was swallowed with mayo. when he took it back, he said that he did not ask for a mayo, the woman (I think the manager) told him that he did not say that then in the ground ignored him. the only saving gnade was a very nice young man who asked if he could make it new. hubby had already taken as much mayo as it could eat, but he got a free frost. If it hadn't been for this young man, they wouldn't have gotten more than a star. this man has no management skills! You're not like an idiot.

As for me, they gave me regular chicken nuggets instead of the spicy ones, and they provided sweet and sour sauce instead of honey mustard. The Baconator fries were also disappointing, as the bacon on top wasn't even broken up. Overall, it was a ridiculous experience.

Came here in clearly marked business hours (10 o'clock on Saturday) and no one would take my order. saw 10 minutes on the way. twice around the building, a hired outside looked smoking. no service. I was somewhere else.

To the wonderful woman who worked the drive-thru today, thank you so much! Your service truly made my day. I apologize for the interruption from the call I couldn’t take. I’ll make sure to express my gratitude next time!

I really enjoy Wendy's, but I'm not a fan of this particular location. Every time I visit, they manage to get my order wrong and the staff can be quite rude. I hope things improve here because I sure do love a good Frosty.
