For some reason, they played nothing but Kelly Clarkson music on repeat, which became quite tiresome. Additionally, there were noticeable water leaks on the walls. I can't help but wonder what happened to this place; it was quite good the last time I dined here years ago. The food itself was still enjoyable, so I can't complain about that.
I always order for pickup ... I haven't had the pleasure of dining in and watching the hibachi show, but it looks fun when I'm inside picking up my to go order the diners are always having fun! I usually order the combo fried rice or lo mein noodles a couple of sushi rolls, the food is always good!
This is a great spot for hibachi dining. Our chef was lively and entertaining, though our friend's little one (around a year old) was giving him quite the stare. The service was quick and friendly. The fried rice was delicious, as was the shrimp. However, the Angus steak was just okay; we requested it medium rare, but it came out medium well. I wouldn't recommend spending money on a better cut of meat if it's just going to be overcooked. Overall, it's a nice place that I would definitely visit again.
We visited the restaurant on a Friday afternoon. Although it had been quite busy an hour before, it was not crowded when we arrived, so we were seated immediately. Our order was taken promptly, and the food came out quickly. The chicken teriyaki we tried was slightly different from what we had enjoyed for years in Albuquerque, but it was incredibly fresh and flavorful. We really enjoyed our meal!
Chuck was amazing for doing our dinner with our big family. The sake was great too! Love it
