Sonic Drive-in - Lake Jackson

Bad customer service. the lady who takes the order sounded with her job done, but decided to take it on us instead. we asked politely whether an article was crashed because she didn't introduce us step by step through the order (proves that she did it differently than what was said anyway) then she had an appointment that said she would read the order if we were to let her go. the order to remain silent and to have a posture all the time. Never come back.

I called ahead to have my order ready at a specific time, but it was nearly 10 minutes late despite the restaurant not being very busy. This occurred on a typical Thursday evening for dinner.

This morning for the French vanilla ice cream. was very disappointed. was barely fw and tasted like a strong coffee.

The employees taking orders were not paying attention. My fiancé ordered a number 4 and 7, but when the order was brought out, they only had the number 7. They need to do training again.

The Sonic in Lake Jackson is pretty good overall. The only problem we had was with the female employee who took our order. We had trouble hearing her over the intercom and had to repeat ourselves multiple times. She seemed upset and was mumbling under her breath.
