Pizza Hut Express - LAKE GENEVA

Restaurant is dirty, bathroom door didn't even lock and I walked in on someone. Pizza and breads sticks were burned and tasted horrible. They were almost inedible. Definitely not worth the $20+ we paid. Would rather eat a $3 store bought frozen pizza.

Who charges someone $77 dollars for two pizzas and wings and it was an online deal and I was told that they do not honor online deals. I had ordered three pizzas and I only received two pizzas. This is not acceptable!!!

It was July 4 weekend and we were heading out for boating. We placed a large order at Pizza Hut and as usual at this location they came through and fulfilled everything that we had ordered. It was extremely busy but they did such a great job making sure our order was correct and completed on time for our boat ride. Especially during Covid restrictions and staff shortages all over nationally, they fulfilled all my expectations and accommodated all our dietary restrictions. Thank you Christina and Rachel for your hard work and hustle!

Rude, slow service. It seems like if a restaurant is giving a customer a free pizza because of previous poor service, the staff would try to give better service when the customer is trying to order again.

Went up. Asked for a sub, was told repeatedly “if you want a sub, go somewhere else. We don't sell subs”
